¾ cup paprika

½ cup chili powder or ground chili flakes

¼ cup garlic powder

4 Tbsp coarse salt (Kosher salt)

3 Tbsp coarse black pepper

2 Tbsp onion powder

2 Tbsp cumin

2 Tbsp oregano

1 Tbsp thyme

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 Tbsp coriander

2 tsp powdered allspice

2 tsp mustard powder


Combine all ingredients together well. Store the left over rub in a container for the next use. This rub also goes well with pork.
