Seasonings of your desire


Light your grill and make sure the flames are as hot as possible. Mix the ground beef, egg, and seasonings to have a consistent mixture. Typically we will season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder or minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, and a little bread crumbs. Grab a handful of meat, roughly baseball size and make it into a nice ball. Flatten the ball and leave a thumb print in the center to allow it to maintain the shape when grilling.

Add the patties directly above the hot flames of the grill. Sear the patties for 3 minutes on each side. This will leave you with a nice medium hamburger. You can check the internal temperature, you would want to reach around 160F. Add your choice of cheese and enjoy the wonderful juicy burger!
