This box is great for a family of 4 to eat for a month. These boxes are meant to be sent monthly, but you can purchase this box single if you wish. The boxes will contain a variety of meat and WILL CHANGE MONTHLY. The box will ALWAYS have at least 7lbs of hamburger, a chicken product, a pork product (can opt out of this option) and a package of steak. It will vary monthly between roast, stew meat, round steak, short ribs, brisket, hamburger patties, and soup bones. THIS INCLUDES FREE DELIVERY from the farm to the St. Louis area only along I-44 interstate. Shipping rates apply to regions outside that I-44 corridor. Delivery occurs each Monday or Tuesday.
