Steak of your choice

Montreal Steak Seasoning, or your preferred steak seasoning.


Light your grill and make sure the flames are as hot as possible. Season both sides of your steak to your liking. Once the flames are nice and hot on the grill add your steak right above them. Sear steak on both sides, leaving it ONLY above the fire for 2 minutes on each side (this should have the steak about medium-rare, the best way to eat grass-fed beef). Overcooked grass-fed beef too long will create a tough, unenjoyable piece of meat. You can check the temperature of the center of the steak, it should read 135F.
